On the Republican side, Rudy Giuliani (R) leads with 26%, followed by Sen. John McCain (R-AZ) at 25% and Gov. Mitt Romney at 10%.

It’s a Research 2000 poll appearing in The Concord Monitor. Here’s some info from the article on the poll methodology:

Maryland-based Research 2000 used randomly generated telephone numbers to interview 600 likely voters, with 295 men and 305 women. They interviewed 180 Democrats (30 percent), 187 Republicans (31 percent) and 233 voters who describe themselves as independent (39 percent). The interviews, conducted on Wednesday and Thursday, were split among the two congressional districts. Only Democrats and independents weighed in on the Democratic primary; Republicans and independents answered for the Republican Party.

What’s noteworthy is that it’s a small sample, with only 420 people contributing the Republican numbers.
