		<description>Yeah, you&#039;d think with all the big names he&#039;s hired, they would actually occasionally look like they know what they&#039;re doing. Though that might be the problem - like the Phillies or the NY Rangers of the late nineties, too much star power means a lack of cohesion.</description>
