Former Senator Fred Thompson hit the internet tubes with his new website, I’m With Fred.
While the site is still bare bones, yet nothing like what we saw when Congressman Ron Paul (R-Surfside, Tex.) started with, you can sign-up to “Be A Friend” of Fred’s and donate.
He does have a rather interesting and somewhat innovative fundraising tool to presidential elections: Flash Donations.

A while back when I was running for a neighborhood council position, I registered the domain name “VoteForFred.org” — the only good thing about Mr Thompson’s entry into the presidential race (other than his first name) was I hoped they might offer me obscene amounts of money for the domain
Oh well.
