A new poll shows Romney continues to hold a lead in New Hampshire, though Giuliani is in striking distance:

Romney 28
Giuliani 21
McCain 18
Thompson 11

Another question, of course, is what happens to all those McCain supporters if he drops out.

Real Clear Politics says that Romney maintains a 7-point New Hampshire lead in the RCP Average.
