TMZ obtained photos of former Governor Mitt Romney (R-Massachusetts) standing and holding up a sign that equates Senator Barack Obama (D-Illinois) to Osama bin Laden while meeting with South Carolinian supporters.
And, of course, “momma” is missing a second “m.” Or, as TMZ notes, maybe they are opposed to modern art?

Sleep Thief, it’s bad enough as it is, and the sign wasn’t insulting Chelsea, it was insulting her “moma”, Hillary.
Yeah, Obama and Hillary are public figures but to draw some kind of equivalency between them and a terrorist mass murderer is disgraceful and disqualifies Romney for the presidency in my opinion. Imagine if a Dem candidate was pictured holding a sign up that said “No to Hitler, no to Bush”? The right wing would go berserk.

Pardon me, but wasn’t it Ted *hic* Kennedy who, with a slip of the tongue, referred to Obama as “Obama Osama”? That’s who the woman who made the sign got it from. Instead of “shame on Romney” (who had NOTHING to do with making the sign), how about “shame on Teddy *hic* Kennedy”?

Forget about Obama/Osama — Obama’s a public figure at least, so this stuff is par for the course — where the **** do they get off bringing Chelsea into it? Does Romney want people dragging his kids into the attacks on him? I would love to hear his campaign’s official view on the appropriateness of attacks on candidates’ families.
