As ‘Ohio’ remarked, the three stripes could be a W laid on its side. Maybe this is an admission that Dubya has seriously wounded the Republican party?

If the logo is actually a screen capture of one of the “war elephants” of 300, weren’t they fighting Persians (Iran looks increasingly to them as a formula for victory in ‘08 along w/ rigged elections, homophobia & misogyny). Now if they can just have a convention on Failed Infrastructure Blvd. I’m surprised they didn’t choose New Orleans.
