biden's plan is to force a democracy to break itself into 3 seperate states, something the iraqui people have rejected overwhelmingly. biden's plan is a joke, much like his chances to be president.

Biden is the only candidate, Democrat or Republican, with a plan to end the war in Iraq. There is no military solution to the war. Even with all the military success in the world--even if we defeat the "terrists"--we will still be spending hundreds of billions of dollars to referee a civil war and prop up a government not willing to commit to national reconciliation. Biden has proposed the only plan that will provide for a political solution to end the need for occupation.
Moreover, to suggest that a person must be a member of the executive branch to have foreign policy experience demonstrates considerable ignorance about the structure of our government and the responsibilities of each of its branches under the Constitution. It is the legislative branch that raises and supports the army. It is the legislative branch that has the power to declare war. Anyone who argues that the Chairman of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee does not have foreign policy experience is either dishonest or uninformed.

its not bush's policy that has the country upset, infact a vast majority supported the war, but its the competance of bush that is in question. giuliani is a far smarter, harder working individual who would run a much tighter ship. as for his advisors have been greatly misrepresented in the media. yes podhoretz is an advisor, and that attracts all the left wing loons to attack. but rudy's chief advisor is charles hill, who advocates diplomacy with iran, so of course his position goes unnoticed in the media.

Yes, Bill Clinton did not have foreign policy experience, but we were also not in the foreign policy mess we are in now when Clinton was elected. Giuliani has hired Bush's foreign policy advisors to run his campaign. In a time of such a need for a President with experience in foreign policy, do you believe Giuliani is the correct choice?

pertaining to cheney, giuliani was asked about the process of picking a running mate. he talked about how, at the time, cheney was viewed as an accomplished, expeirenced man capable of being president at a moments notice. it is that quality giuliani is referencing (most likely talking about his preference for someone like john mccain).

and Biden's reference to Kerik proves how little Biden knows. Kerik's security credentials were never in question. Kerik, who was a hero cop who won countless medals for bravery in the line of duty. Kerik did get in to trouble, but his troubles have nothing to do with has security credentials. again, Biden is simply wrong and proven to be a clown. he is an embarassment to the democrat party, and the fact that don imus can be fired for comments that are even less offensive then the comments about indian americans that biden made just shows the hypocritical nature of liberals and their ilk.

Rudy clearly says "TO me, Foreign policy experience to me means being an ambassador, being in the state department.”

he didnt say "joe's experience" he simply defined what he felt foreing policy experience means. it was not an attack, merely his stated opinion.

rudy then clearly puts into context his greater point, that almost all the democrat candidates seeking the biggest executive job on earth have ZERO executive experience.

and when it comes to picking candidates who have the most foreign policy experience, senator biden endorced governor bill clinton, who had zero foreign policy experience, and had a poor record as a governor to boot, over the sitting president who had served 8 years as vice president, director of the CIA, UN amassador, Congressman, and member of the US military. perhaps the senator who seems to think foreign policy experience is the begin all end all can explain his ridiculous endorsement of such an unqualified governor.

and again, rudy is right about biden. joe has done what exactly? sat on a committe in DC reading over documents prepared for him by actual foreign policy experts. legislative experience, even oversight, is meaningless when actually conducting real foreing policy from the position of an executive. biden has embarassed himself in yet another failed presidential campaign. time to quit joe, and get yourself a slurpy at the 7/11 with all your indian friends!!!
