giuliani doesnt promote himself as the ‘foreign policy mayor’. he promotes himself as the best chief executive in the field with a long resume of results, compared to the embarassing resumes of barrack and hillary.

you post on a site devoted to the character assassination of republicans, and its my defense of one candidate that bothers you? how do you breathe with your head rammed up huffington’s snatch? or was it kos’s?

just a mayor? you do realize NYC is 10 times larger then Biden’s entire state right? you also realize that oversight in the legislative branch does not equate to actaully making and conducting foreign policy. it goes like this:

1. state department prepares documents.
2. senate oversight reviews documents
3. committee members make judgements about said documents along partisan lines.

the end.

thats joe biden’s ‘experience’. making partisan decisions on other peoples’ foreign policy. this, along with many others, is why senators are almost never elected president. they dont know how to govern, how to lead, how to make policy. joe biden has never had to keep people safe, he has never had lives in his hands. he is a clown, and has been for his entire embarassment of a career. 100 years from now they will remember the name rudy giuliani, joe biden’s name was forgotten in 1988.
