Ha. Ha. Mitt Romney’s son Josh has a hilarious post over at the campaign blog today. Check it out.

Priceless

Rudy Giuliani’s former Chevrolet Corvair for sale on eBay: $3,700 $8,100

Four tanks of gas, 3 fast food meals and snacks for a road trip: $210

The look on Rudy’s face when we show up to a campaign event in Florida in his old car: Priceless.

I know that’s pretty darn funny that Rudy Giuliani’s fascistmobile is for sale and all, but I think advertising the fact that your family has enough disposable cash lying around that you can just drop $8,000 on a practical joke without even thinking about it (while many Americans could use an extra $8,000 for something like healthcare), is pretty heartless, and really reveals how out of touch with America the Romney family is.

But, everybody in the world apparently already hates Mitt Romney, and knows he’s trying to buy the election, and yet it actually seems to be helping him with voters, so maybe the Romney family is on to something.

Not to mention that the price is now $10,000 and the reserve hasn’t been met. It’ll cost them considerably more than $8,000 to pull this off.

Good point. I also noticed that Josh writes that four tanks of gas, three fast food meals and snacks costs $210. I don’t know where Josh is shopping, but everywhere I’ve gone lately, four tanks of gas alone costs way over $210.

Though Rudy’s fascistmobile probably had a small tank, so maybe I’m reading too much into it.

man i can’t stand romney. i’ll vote for ku klux hillary before i support mittflop, if just to see what wacky antics bill gets himself into over the next 4 years.

I also have to admit that I don’t understand why this should be funny. Josh Romney is buying something that Rudy sold (presumably) because he didn’t want, and somehow the joke is on Rudy?

By the way, the price is higher than $20,000 now.

Something to say?
