It actually sounds to me like someone was prompting Russert to finish his question.
Then again maybe he’s using the same prompter George Bush seemed to be using in the 2004 election. Anybody spot an odd bulge on the back of Romney’s suit?

This does not surprise me! Romney, like so many other hypocritical right wingers knows how to cheat!
Then they turn right around and take the morale high ground. This is no secret anymore-the public is not fooled. He is an empty suit with a good haircut!
