His decision to put the Command Center where the FBI said not to cost hundreds of lives. His inability to coordinate police and fire and put the incompetent Kerik in charge of the NYPD cost hundreds of lives. His big FU to firefighters by giving a no bid contract to Motorola thus denying firefighters proper radios cost hundreds of lives. Then Giuliani exploits the tragedy, siphons "fees" from a widows fund, gives Kerik an F Pad that was donated to 9/11 workers, throws firefighter bodies onto a landfill in Staten Island, and supports Bush's decision to ignore Osama Bin Laden. And Giuliani spent 50 million dollars and only got 1 delegate despite being Faux News' favorite candidate? Hmmmm I wonder why. Rudy Giuliani is one of the goats of 9/11.
